Terms of Service

Service

ClawCentral provides a multi-tenant AI agent platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share access tokens or allow unauthorized access to your tenant.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawCentral to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the acceptable use policies of your configured AI provider.
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent tenant isolation.
• Exceed published rate limits or abuse the platform in a way that degrades service for others.

AI Providers (BYOK)

When you bring your own API keys, you are subject to your AI provider's terms of service in addition to these terms. ClawCentral is not responsible for content generated by third-party AI models.

Billing

ClawCentral is provided on invite-only access. Tenancy capacity and billing arrangements are agreed during onboarding. Bring-your-own-key usage (provider models you configure directly) is not metered by us.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service runs on Cloudflare's global network. We are not liable for outages caused by upstream providers.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request immediate deletion.

Limitation of Liability

ClawCentral is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
