Privacy Policy

What We Collect

ClawCentral collects the minimum data needed to operate the platform:

• Account data: Email address and display name from your identity provider (Microsoft Entra).
• Usage data: AI model token counts and request timestamps for billing and rate limiting.
• Conversation data: Messages you send to and receive from AI agents, stored in your tenant's isolated Durable Object.
• Configuration: Tenant settings, cron schedules, and skill installations.

How We Use It

We use your data to operate the ClawCentral service, meter AI usage for billing, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Data Isolation

Each tenant's data is isolated in dedicated Cloudflare Durable Objects keyed by tenant ID and user ID. No cross-tenant data access is possible.

Third Parties

We share data only with services required to operate the platform: Cloudflare (hosting/storage), Stripe (billing), and your configured AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) for processing messages. BYOK tenants send messages directly to their own provider keys.

Data Retention

Conversation history is retained until you delete it. Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage records are retained for billing compliance (typically 12 months).

Your Rights

You can export or delete your data at any time through the ClawCentral admin UI or by contacting support. We respond to data subject requests within 30 days.
